(PRODUCT CODE: 88BYU).... Keep Flammable Liquids close to the work area in a safe and organized way while limiting employee exposure with our TOP OF COUNTER Safety Storage Cabinets. All cabinets comply with current OSHA regulations and are designed in accordance with the standards of NFPA Code 30. Our cabinets are FM approved. Flammable Cabinets meet or exceed the NFPA Flammable Liquid Code 30 and the OSHA standard 1910.106 for storage of class I, II and III liquids. FM approved. All-welded construction provides additional strength and 18 gauge cabinet with 14 gauge doors offers additional fire protection. The double-walled design of these flammable cabinets allows 1.5" insulating air space and dual 2" air vents that connect to exhaust system to maintain safe temperatures. Built-in grounding connector and leveling feet. 350 lb. capacity shelves adjust easily on 2.5" centers. Doors are equipped with sturdy brass pins hinges and feature a spill-proof sill, a flush paddle handle with 3 point latching and a highly visible SAFETY warning. Latching engages when doors are closed without handle rotation. Our SELF-CLOSE DOORS (shut, index, and latch automatically as fusible link melts under fire conditions at 165 degrees). Concealed self closing mechanism. The MANUAL CLOSE DOOR model does not close automatically - doors will only latch when they are manually closed. Flush door handle prevents passersby from catching or banging. Flammable cabinets are finished with yellow or red powder coat for safety. Other colors are available.
